Paige has over 30 years experience of accounting and office management in the construction industry. Paige oversees the daily operations of the office. Paige loves being part of the Alternative Mechanical team and helping to support all the team members. Paige and her husband, Steven, have two sons and a chocolate lab. They are happiest when spending time as a family – whether it be watching baseball, playing golfing, hiking, fires on their patio or hanging out at the beach!

Mark is a detailed Master Plumber.Mark has led and overseen Alternative Mechanical’s largest projects.Mark has successfully completed various projects in health care, including projects for Spectrum, St Mary’s Trinity Health, Mercy Health, Priority Health and Metro Health.His attention to detail and his understanding of the critical need for micro-coordination in the intense health care environment is invaluable.

James was raised in a Construction focused family and has been privileged to be serve the HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction Industry for over 20 years. Zealous and energetic, James loves interacting with the Alternative Mechanical Team and supporting customers and partners! James and his Wife Catherine are passionate about coaching their Daughter and Son in a variety of sports and enjoy spending time as a family engaged in outdoor activities or on the water.

Jesse has been in the construction industry for 20 years and has had the opportunity to work in all aspects of the construction industry. Jesse believes that long term working relationships and team work inside and outside of the organization is key to our success. Jesse enjoys rooting and supporting his daughter Aleigha when she shows her horse and spending time with his family and friends.
