This two story, 40 unit dormitory was constructed in a tight location and under ridged United States Department of Labor standards.  Government projects require responsive Project Management and a commitment to adhere to the exact letter of the specifications.  Working under these conditions and integrating the systems with the existing 80 year old building, offered a unique logistical challenge and an opportunity to provide services above and beyond our competition.
